Tell me something, you're tired of reading the same thing in every single book you buy on company leadership? If so, I would recommend one of the coolest books I've ever read on the subject. And 'one that I think is perfect for the more intellectual type. The name of the book, "Leadership and the New Science - Understanding the organization of an ordinary universe" by Margaret J. Wheatley, 1994.This is by far one of the most interesting books I've read about leadership, as Margaret draws the comparison with the chaos theory, quantum mechanics, atomic structure, fractal mathematics, and our solar system and of ' universe to explain organizational behavior, and how you would go about leadership. Seriously, this is a cool book that shows a great philosophical debate about what leadership is and how it will work best.Margaret goes to all types of systems for self-organization in chemistry, astronomy, models, and even cycles natural to Mother Nature, and compares this leadership in business. And then a question because organizations debatable issues? In fact when I read this book I thought about trying other models in nature as models of erosion, the clouds, the attraction of ions, gravity, and even the models that we see in ancient art. All these analogies can be used in conjunction with the concept of Margaret leadership.If activities, we think, is right, and even birds, plants, animals, marking particles, civilizations, all from the organization of matter, for the composition of DNA and Little by little atom that the whole universe there are management structures and hierarchies, just like in business. In fact, there is a pecking order with animals and human beings in society and government.Many of them are quite complex, but they work. And from this we can draw conclusions about how best to organize our business and what the role of a leader is in reality.
